Retouching of photographs and photo restoration can encompass a considerable amount of time.  The requirements of the client determine the degree of retouching that will be performed, which in turn determines the amount of time that must be spent on the project.  For this reason, there is no set amount of time for work in this category; rather an estimate will be given the client upon our inspection of the material to be retouched and/or restored.  West Photo Imaging charges retouching and photo restoration time at the rate of $100.00 per working hour.  Time charges are in addition to any other services necessary to complete the client's project.
